Abednego C. Enyawuile, Esq (also known by his fond court-room signature appearance, E. C. Abednego, Esq) is a founding Partner of this uniquely envisioned law firm. A Nigerian with an unwavering belief in the possibilities of true nationhood and the promise of a strong, prosperous and united Nigeria, Abednego has been in the business of legal practice for well over a decade, since his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
His career in legal practice has made remarkable stops at the law office of Alamu and Alamu Legal Partners, Ibadan, Oyo State, and subsequently the office of Olayiwola Afolabi, SAN & Co, where he rose to the position of Deputy Head of Chambers and was named overall Staff of the Year in 2017 and 2019.
In 2023, buoyed by a passion to explore other areas of legal development, Abednego took a break from active legal practice to focus on a legal enlightenment campaign under an organization registered as Leges Prudentia (a Latin representation for ‘Legal Wisdom’). Through the calculated use of new media, this outreach attracted wide acceptance, amassing up to 1,000,000 views at a single instance and several million impressions. Leges Prudentia would later evolve into an outfit providing legal services to clients, before the firm was officially adopted as MIDLEX LLP from 1st September, 2024.
E.C. Abednego is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). He travels extensively and has participated in multiple top executive management and leadership programs, garnering the competence, knowledge and abilities the firm projects in its current image.
